Free easy burner is an excellent disk burning program that is capable of burning most formats and is comparable to programs like Nero, without the expense.

Audio CDs

Go to the Audio CD option at the top of the screen. Use the Add files to project option at the left to search through your audio and add the selected songs to your CD, or drag the songs from a folder. The bar at the bottom of the screen tells you how much room you have left on the disk. Once you are happy with your selection go to the burn option at the left, and then go to burn now.

DVDs

Go to the DVD-Video option at the top of the screen. Insert your DVD video files into the VIDEO_TS folder using the add files to project option at the left side of the screen, or by dragging them from a folder. Click burn, then click burn now.

Data CD/DVD

For those of you that don’t already know, a data disk is a disk that holds any kind of data. They are readable from computers, some DVD players and MP3 players. Free easy Burner can easily create data disks for you. To burn a data CD, go to the Data CD DVD option at the top of the screen. You can add just about any mixture of file types you want to the disk, and use either a CD or DVD disk to burn to. After adding your files using the Add files to project option or by dragging, click burn, and then burn now.

MP3s & AVIs

To burn an MP3 or AVI disk, simply burn your MP3 files or AVI files to a data disk (follow Data CD/DVD instructions above).

Copy CD/DVD

To copy a CD or DVD, go to the Copy CD/DVD option at the top of the screen and select your device from the dropdown box near the top of the screen. Go to the Copy on your hard disk option at the left side of the screen, and choose a location to save the file to. The ripping process will then take place. Once the file is ripped you will need to burn it to a disk, follow Image Burning instructions to do so.

Burn Image To Disk

Go to the Copy CD/DVD option at the top of the screen. Insert a blank disk into the disk drive, and click burn an image file at the left side of the screen. Select the image file you wish to burn and then click burn now.

Audio CD Grabber

The audio CD grabber allows you to rip CD’s to your computer. Under the Audio CD Grabber option, insert an audio CD and select the genre and year of release. You have the option of ripping to MP3, WAV file, or to save the rip as a disk image to be re-burnt. For standard ripping, the best choice here would be to rip as MP3. You can change the output location by using the Ripper configuration option on the left side of the screen.
